The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional: think tuxedos, suits + ties, floor-length dresses, and formal cocktail dresses.

Due to the size of our venue, our wedding is adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. We recommend arriving at The Olmsted at 5:00 in order to ensure parking and find a seat. If you are running late, we ask that you wait until cocktail hour begins to enter the space in order to prevent disruptions during the ceremony. 

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot accommodate guests not listed on your invitation.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Olmsted, and there is free parking on-site. Uber and Lyft are also available.

We ask that everyone put their phones away during the ceremony so as to allow our wonderful photographer to work her magic. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the AC Hotel by Marriott in downtown Louisville. For more information, please see the "Travel" tab. There are a number of other hotels in the Louisville area that you may also choose from - feel free to reach out if you need recommendations!
